A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

Q: what is the MOQ?

A: Minimum order sizes depend on various factors including the availability of raw materials and the size of the finished tubing you require. Our Minimum order fee is $10,000 which covers machine set-up, raw materials and tooling costs. 

Q: Does Viaken directly sell the products to End User?

A: Viaken sells to both the end user and stockists, whilst always ensuring that our product is supplied at a competitive price .Or Viaken seeks the best vendor to recommend to you, Viaken charges 3% commission
