Development Background of Stainless Steel 310S Mo and ESHR-03
Stainless steel 310S Mo and ESHR-03 were jointly developed by Shengpo and Haier Group to meet the increasing demand for high-temperature corrosion resistance and long service life in advanced industrial applications.
These materials were specially designed for harsh operating environments requiring:
* Excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance
* Superior resistance to sulfur-containing and chloride-containing atmospheres
* Enhanced creep strength and thermal stability
* Improved service performance in heat exchanger and heating system applications
310S Mo is an upgraded version of conventional 310S stainless steel with optimized molybdenum (Mo) addition, providing better corrosion resistance and high-temperature durability.
ESHR-03 is a specialized material grade developed for enhanced reliability and operational stability under continuous high-temperature working conditions.
Through the joint development between Shengpo and Haier China, both materials have been successfully applied in industrial heating and thermal system fields, demonstrating stable performance and long-term durability.
