Titanium Grade 2 (Gr2) is the most widely used commercially pure titanium grade, offering an excellent balance of strength, ductility, and corrosion resistance. Compared to Grade 1, the higher oxygen and iron content in Titanium Grade 2 results in improved strength while maintaining good ductility. Compared to Grades 3 and 4, it offers a better balance between mechanical performance and formability.
